Everlasting Word Church invites individuals and families to join us for a series of FREE homeownership and financial education workshops being offered in Cook County through our Generational Wealth Pathways™ initiative.

These workshops are designed to expand access to practical homeownership education and resources for Cook County residents, including individuals and families who may be considering homeownership for the first time, rebuilding their credit, saving for a down payment, or simply trying to understand where to begin.

Not a Cook County resident? You are still welcome to attend!

While these events are being held in and focused on serving Cook County communities, our Learning Table is open to anyone who wants to become better informed about homeownership, financial readiness, and wealth building.

No pressure. No sales pitch. Just education, trusted resources, and a roadmap.

Who Should Attend?

Cook County residents are especially encouraged to participate, but you do not have to live in Cook County to attend.

Come join us if you are:

  • Currently renting and considering homeownership

  • A first-time or first-generation homebuyer

  • Working on your credit

  • Trying to reduce debt or build savings

  • Interested in down payment assistance

  • Unsure whether you can qualify for a mortgage

  • Not ready to buy yet but want to start preparing

  • Interested in using homeownership as part of a long-term wealth-building strategy

You do not have to be mortgage-ready to come to the table.

The purpose of the workshop is to help you understand what readiness looks like and how to begin working toward it.
